Inspiration

Every ingredient was chosen to honor the mission and people of CTFB. Seemingly disparate ingredients find harmony, the way CTFB turns donated and rescued food into millions of meals: Abundance out of what would otherwise go to waste. Flavors of breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner trace the full day of Nourishment CTFB provides. Eight key ingredients stand for the eight hours every staff member and volunteer gives to a day of Service. Each one is chosen so every neighbor, with or without dietary restrictions, can enjoy: Inclusivity inspired by CTFB.

Provenance

The Cookie Museum is a culinary design studio created by Claude McIver, a graduate of CTFB’s Culinary Training Program.

The Good Neighbor was designed in gratitude to honor the People and Mission of Central Texas Food Bank.
